TRAVEL PERMITS

Some tournaments require teams or umpires to bring a Travel Permit; if required, please fill out the following form and we can provide you or your team with one. Please advise Softball Alberta at least 2-3 weeks prior to departure in order to have the permit sent out on time.

** Please note: Travel permits do not provide insurance. Travel permits are to validate our traveling teams as members in good standing with Softball Alberta to the tournament/event hosts.

Softball Alberta’s insurance policy for members is only valid within Canada. If you are traveling outside of Canada, please click here to visit our Insurance page for our broker’s information to obtain a quote on team travel insurance.

All players & team staff must be affiliated with Softball Alberta in order to appear on a travel permit. If any team members need to be affiliated, please consult your Association/League to ensure this is completed before submitting this travel permit.
