Deadline: MAY 15 for all post-provincial categories (adult & minor), JUNE 1 for all non post-provincial categories (adult & minor) and slo-pitch

If you are mailing a cheque for provincial entry fees, please mail 1 week before the provincial entry deadline.

Deadline: JUNE 15 for all minor categories, JUNE 30 for all adult fastpitch categories

Do not fill out the RAMP roster during the provincial entry process, the Excel form is the only format we will accept. 

Player pick-up forms are only for teams in categories NOT leading to post-provincial play who wish to add up to 2 players to their roster AFTER ROSTER DEADLINE.
